Hi everyone! I’m Carmen Baker- Wysocki.

I've been married to Joe, who hung the Wysocki moniker on me 37 yrs ago. We have 3 children and 3 spitfire grandchildren, who love that their Glamma (I'm no granny or Grammy or mimi), who feeds their sugar addiction.

Besides baking, I love to golf (albeit badly), dance, travel and scuba dive. Life is about experiences and I plan on filling it to the brim.

As far as careers, I have a diverse background, from photography, to concrete decorating, banking and saving lives as a respiratory therapist.

I spent the last 3 yrs chasing covid around the country and passing out my baked goods along the way. I’ve always gotten a kick out of someone unfamiliar with me, taking their first bite of my creations and inevitably saying. “Who made this”?. “Girl, you should sell your stuff”! I always laughed it off and said maybe one day.

Well, I’ve decided its now! Today is “ONE DAY”,

I've spent the last couple years experimenting with different flavors, alcohol and decorating to prepare for this occasion.

While deciding on a name, I had a few catchy ones, but when I really thought about it; why would I let my maiden name go to waste. So Carmen The Baker was born…Again!

From my kitchen, to your home or venue, I can provide a showstopper creation.

I put my creative attitude into everything I make to stand out from others. I’m not competing with your grocery store, Sams or Costco cake. I am making a statement for your occasion. I provide custom flavors and designs. You tell me what you want and we (you and I) will come up with a unique cake that makes an impression. My cakes are not just a pretty face, they are fresh, moist and delectably, delicious, because of my Cuppatude!
